Log in to Trade PortalLocated in the Hirata area of Izumo City, Shimane Prefecture, "NIPPONIA Izumo Hirata Cotton Road" is a decentralized accommodation facility with a total of 6 rooms, renovated from an old folk house nestled in a townscape that once flourished for sake brewing. We offer a community-integrated stay experience that allows you to experience the history and culture of the merchant town that flourished from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji era. The inn is made of the building of a former sake brewery, and is designed to give you a sense of the structure of the brewery and the traces of life at that time. In the historic townscape called the Cotton Road, you can experience Izumo's merchant culture and brewing culture. There are a total of 6 guest rooms in small luxury. Each has a theme derived from sake brewing, and the design combines historical space with modern comfort. The meal consists mainly of dishes and local sake that reflect Izumo's food culture. The content allows you to feel the life of the land, such as dishes that make use of local ingredients and breakfast experiences involving local people. Traditional industries such as sake breweries and soy sauce breweries still remain in the surrounding area, and by combining it with town walks and experience programs, you can gain a deeper understanding of the region. ■ Selling Points ・Historical building stay using a former sake brewery ・Merchant culture experienced in the townscape of the cotton road ・Small luxury in all 6 rooms ・Food where you can experience local sake and fermentation culture ・Community integration (town walk, cultural experience) ■ Expected target ・Western FIT (cultural and local experience oriented) ・People interested in gastronomy and fermentation culture ・Repeat customers (those looking for Japan other than Kyoto) - Slow travel-oriented customers ■ Positioning "It's not an inn where you stay at a tourist spot, "A decentralized gastronomy inn that immerses you in Izumo's life and merchant culture." ■ Cancellation Policy (1) From the time of reservation confirmation to 15 days before check-in: 5 % of the total reservation amount (2) From 14 days to 8 days before check-in: 10% of the total amount of the reservation (3) From 7 days to 3 days before check-in: 20% of the total reservation amount (4) From 2 days before check-in to the day before: 80% of the total reservation amount (5) Cancellation on the day or non-participation: 100% of the total reservation amount
