Matsunoyama Onsen Sake Inn Tamakiya

Located in Matsunoyama Onsen, Tokamachi City, Niigata Prefecture, "Sake no Yado Tamakiya" is a gastronomy hot spring inn that focuses on pairing sake and food. Along with Matsunoyama Onsen, one of Japan's three major medicinal hot springs, we offer a stay experience centered on food and alcohol. The biggest feature of the inn is the pairing experience with local sake carefully selected by the owner, who is also a sake sommelier, and the food. Based on French cuisine that makes the most of Niigata's ingredients, we combine the best sake and wine for each dish to create a food experience that can only be tasted here.
