Utilizing a building with over 130 years of history and brewing culture, we offer a one-of-a-kind stay experience at a "soy sauce brewery you can stay at." Soy sauce is still being brewed inside the facility, allowing guests to experience the atmosphere and fermentation process inside the brewery. Beyond just lodging, there are experiences like soy sauce pressing and brewery tours, where you can spend time as a brewery.
