This is a 2-night, 3-day trip through the Okitama region of Yamagata Prefecture, praised by British explorer Isabella Bird as the 'Arcadia of the East.' On the final day, visit Mifuchi gorge, a sacred place of the Dragon God legend that cannot be reached by land.
